The apartment is located in the center of the picturesque village of Giardini Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily, in a strategic position to reach all the facilities and the main tourist attractions.

The apartment is near the sea at only 20 meters from the beach. Nearby to the house are also numerous bars and pubs, typical restaurants, shops, supermarkets and play areas for children.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor of a building with typical Mediterranean colors of blue and white. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed of 2 double / twin rooms equipped with air conditioning (only in one instead of the air conditioner there is a ceiling fan), a large living room with kitchenette, a comfortable balcony and a bathroom, with fully enclosed shower, sink, toilet and bidet (hairdryer provided).

There is a bus stop a few meters from the apartment: it’s possible to reach the main tourist destinations in the area by bus. For those traveling by car near of the house there are public parking (with fee), otherwise it’s possible to rent a private parking.
