Via Orfanotrofio C\Le Passiglia, 1 - SAMBUCA DI SICILIA (AG)
The B&B is located on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Sambuca di Sicilia, named the most beautiful village in Italy in 2016. It consists of spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms, each well ventilated and equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom with a large shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and TV.

The town was founded with the arrival of the Muslims in Sicily in 827. This is evident in the various buildings, churches, theaters, and convents belonging to different artistic styles. Even before this period, the area was inhabited by the Elimi and Sicani, as evidenced by archaeological finds in the Monte Adranone archaeological area, where valuable historical artifacts have been unearthed and collected in the municipal museum.

In the surrounding mountains, there are wooded areas that have been designated as natural reserves with access to equipped areas, making it possible to spend unforgettable days immersed in nature. Downstream, there is an artificial lake called Lago Arancio that hosted the World Water Ski Championships a few years ago.

The lush vegetation dominates the landscape, with numerous vineyards that contribute to the production of excellent wine exported worldwide.

The town's geographical location is very favorable, with Santa Margherita Belice, the city of the Gattopardo, located about 10 km away. The seaside resort of Portopalo di Menfi, which has been awarded the Blue Flag multiple times, is about 20 km away. Sciacca, known for its spas, ceramics, and carnival, is about 25 km away, and the valley of the temples of Selinunte is about 25 km away. The Falcone and Borsellino airport in Palermo is about 70 km away, and the valley of the temples of Agrigento is about 80 km away. Sambuca di Sicilia is well connected by public transport to other surrounding locations.

It is an ideal destination for a peaceful vacation, typical of small towns.
