Situated in the province of Oristano, in the picturesque rural village of Riola Sardo, this farmstay is located a short distance from the sea and offers accommodations in a renovated old chicken coop. The farmstay consists of two separate buildings overlooking a green lawn. The first, built with ancient blocks of sandstone, is the former chicken coop, which has been transformed into comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. The rooms, with wooden roofs, are equipped with everything necessary for even long stays. The second building, which serves as the main residence, also houses a small restaurant and a lovely porch, much appreciated by guests looking for relaxation.

In the garden, there is a centuries-old olive tree, a grafted olive tree, a basalt millstone, and some ancient jars, which testify to the various stages of oil production that the family has been dedicated to since the 19th century.
