In the historical center of Parma, there is a small house from the 1940s where a family lives. Since 2004, they have dedicated rooms with separate entrances for hospitality and breakfast. These rooms are equipped with a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, and a parking space with a special permit for passing through restricted traffic zones.

The family also owns tourist apartments in the city.
