Babbaiola B&B is located on the ground floor of a recently restored house in a quiet district of Cagliari, close to all facilities: it is 5-minute walk to supermarket and mall, S. Gregorio Magno Church, Café, Newsagent's, Bus Stop, Post Office, Bank, Chemist's, Restaurant and Pizzeria; 5-minute ride to port, airport and state roads to the superb beaches of south Sardinia (Poetto, Villasimius, Costa Rey, Pula, Nora, Chia), to areas of natural interest (Molentargius Regional Nature Park, Lagoon Santa Gilla, Monteclaro Park and Monte Urpinu Park) and archaeological sites (the Phoenician nof, the Church dedicated to Sant'Efisio, patron saint of Sardinia, the Viper's Cave, San Michele Park and its enchanting Castle, the Roman amphitheatre, the Archaeological museum) and the city's most famous monuments (Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria, the Elephant tower, the Bastion of Sant-Remy).

Babbaiola B&B offers large and bright rooms, comfortably furnished and painted according to chromotherapy criteria, with private bathroom, air conditioner, TV and Wi-Fi; the common area is equipped with a kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a PC with free internet access.

Italian Breakfast is served from 8 to 9. 30 and includes coffee, tea, cookies, croissants, breakfast mini pizzas, Nutella, butter and jam, yoghurt, fruit juice, fresh bread, seasonal fruit and more..

Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily; linen are changed twice a week and on arrival day.
