Located in a residential area well served by public transport, 6 km from the historic center of Perugia and in the immediate vicinity of the new Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, the Enrico Fermi institute, and the chocolate school.

The Chocolate offers guests two spacious double rooms with private bathrooms, furnished with simplicity yet tastefully and very welcoming.

Guests have access to some common areas: a spacious lounge and, in the summer season, a beautiful terrace. In the lounge, guests have access to an espresso coffee machine.

Free WiFi throughout the house.

No pets allowed. We love animals, but not all of our guests do, so we are obliged not to accept them, we apologize!
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas. We do not accept late check-ins. Check-in is until 8 pm.
