The estate never accepts advances or full sums of money, but reservations are made with a simple phone call. Tenuta Santo Stefano has never delegated any type of intermediary agency, whether Italian or foreign.

The Tenuta Santo Stefano structure is solely managed by its founder, and only he can communicate availability of services or anything else through phone contact. Please pay attention and have a good vacation.

Tenuta Santo Stefano is a small, modest family-run residence in a farm setting.

No pets are allowed.

The estate offers studio apartments consisting of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a third bed, as well as facilities and an external kitchenette (some studios do not have a kitchenette).

The estate provides ample outdoor spaces for spending evenings in absolute tranquility, organizing barbecues or allowing children to play in complete peace of mind.

A large green lawn provides freshness to the view and separates the apartments from the bar and breakfast service.

Bed and breakfast service (overnight stay and breakfast) is offered.

The sea is about 900 meters away and can be reached on foot through a small pine forest (Santo Stefano pine forest), or by using the bicycles provided by Tenuta Santo Stefano with the responsibility of the guest.

The coast is made up of many small coves and beaches, the most famous being Baia dei Turchi. The sea is always clean and inviting.

Torre Santo Stefano is a location 3 km from the city of Otranto and 3 km from the Alimini Lakes.

Tenuta Santo Stefano is a bed and breakfast, room rental, and vacation home rental that takes its name from the location where it is situated. The apartments are located in a rural setting, furnished with simplicity, and surrounded by green space.

Check-in time for the assigned rental: starting at 18: 00, check-out time no later than 10: 00 in the morning.
