- A large double room called Toledo, named after the double bed designed by architect Tobia Scarpa. The room has a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and the possibility of adding a crib for a child up to 4 years old. Breakfast is served exclusively for guests of this room.

- An apartment called Topazio consisting of a living room with a large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom that can be either twin or double, and a large bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is self-managed.

- An apartment called Rubino consisting of a living room with a large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is self-managed.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal solution for families, couples, or those who need to stay in Bologna for extended periods.

Bologna nel Cuore has been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the years 2012 through 2022.

The structure offers the following services: free wifi internet connection, air conditioning, terrestrial digital LCD TV, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, laundry service (for a fee), washing machine, clothesline, and iron in the apartments.
