It is situated on a 12 hectare agricultural property, with olive trees and citrus fruit plants. We produce from these jam and olive oil. Small lots are intended to the production of vegetables that can be harvested and given to the guests.
The manor farm has been recovered obeying the original constructive typology and the stone some times emphasised according to the system “Faccia a Vista”.
In the past the breakfast room hosted “Il Trappeto”, in other words the system used to grind the olives, operated by animal power.

The rooms are situated on the ground floor and ideal for couples who seek an independent and comfortable solution.
The typical star shaped vaulting has been restored, using the original stone to get the old rustic feeling.

The rooms are all served with double beds and with en-suite shower room. The comfort is guaranteed with spacious rooms and air conditioner. The guests have at their disposition the lounge “Trappeto” where you will be served breakfast. In addition, full usage of the kitchen.

The Manor house is positioned in a neuralgic zone that links the main roads that allow you to easily reach the main beaches on the Ionian and the Adriatic Coast. The distance to Gallipoli is 15km, Otranto 30 km and 20 km to Lecce, the capital of Apulia. Furthermore it is 4 km from Galatina, a city of art and only few minutes from Grecia Salentina, where they host the music festival Notte della Taranta.
The Manor house and the surrounding area are in addition and ideal place to perform jogging and to be in touch with the healthy air of the country side.
