Each room is equipped with electric system automation, "smart home" intrusion detection systems, multiroom audio, ADSL flat on the LAN, wi-fi and wired; citocentralino for voip phone intercoms to interact inside and outside, for free national calls on landline, TV, air conditioning, perimeter surveillance system with the possibility to see the front door through a camera on central TV system. The bedrooms have double, triple or quadruple up to 10 beds, private bathroom with shower, tub, hair dryer, kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Every day is provided for the reorganization of the room and linen change.
