Villa Alfano is located within a private village and the beach is just a few steps away, without having to cross any roads.

It was built around the 60s following the style of the Swiss architect Charles-Edouard Janneret, who became famous under the name of LE CORBUSIER.

The architect wrote: "only nature is the inspirer, it is true, it can be the support of human work, scrutinize the cause, the form, the vital development and make the synthesis."
The villa offers THREE APARTMENTS (30 sqm, 50 sqm, 60 sqm), all on the GROUND FLOOR, independent from each other and structured in a way to create a wide discretion among guests, who have at their disposal a comfortable garden where they can spend hours of relaxation in authentic privacy.

Each apartment has an exclusive portion of garden and a common area for all guests, which allows them to socialize and make new friends.

As mentioned, Villa Alfano is just a few steps away from the beach, with private access practically reserved for the few families (about 10) who own the houses in the village.

The beach is made of fine golden sand and Villa Alfano provides everything needed for the sea (umbrella, sun loungers, games for children, etc.) for free.

About 1000 meters from the Villa, also reachable on foot, you arrive at Pozzallo, a charming town full of shops and pubs and, within about 500 meters, there are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets.

The baroque cities of Modica (about 15 km), Scicli (about 20 km), Noto (about 22 km), the nature reserve of the Pantani della Sicilia Sud-Orientale (pantani Cuba, Longarini, Gariffi, Bruno at about 12 km) and, a little further away, the archaeological areas of Kamarina, Scornavacche, as well as Syracuse with its treasures can be visited.
