Villa Hibiscus is located in the area of San Lorenzo, along the South Eastern coasts’ of Sicily, in between Noto’s and Portopalo’s beaches, nearby the natural Oasis of Vendicari and the ancient village of Marzamemi. An unique place, with beautiful sunsets and a mild climate which every other part of the world envies us.

Hibiscus is a vacation house and it is also a B&B, it’s very close to the beach (just about 200 metres far away) with spectacular views of the sea. These original villas have been built for enjoyment and relax, as well. The apartments are furnished in a simple and functional way, with wide and comfortable well furnished verandas. The apartments are available all year long (winter included). All houses include air conditioners, heaters and fireplaces.

Thanks to the mild climate and very frequent sunny days, it’s very pleasant to go for walks along the beaches or just to enjoy the simple beauty of the area (with magnificent countryside views).

Hibiscus is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, where, in a corner under the olive trees, you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor barbecue, mixing together, both, American and Italian traditions.

The house has a high standard of comforts, which makes of your vacation a possible combination of relax and serenity.

These are the possible accommodation combinations:
FIRST FLOOR:
A) Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, a well-covered furnished verandah
B) One double bedroom, with a bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a large verandah.

GROUND FLOOR:
A) Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a verandah (barbecue included).

B) One double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a verandah.

C) A double room with a bathroom.

Each housing solution is independent, has its own entrance and hasn’t got any shared spaces.

Prices for B&B may be different, depending on the season.

Prices start from € 35 up to € 50 per person and per day.

If you choose to use the kitchen an extra fee is requested (€10 per day, for gas and cleaning)
Rates for weekly rentals of apartments will be agreed with the owner, according to the period, the number of people and house solution. They include: water, electricity and gas fees.

Bed linen, bath and kitchen cloths are available on request for an extra € 12 per change (a change includes: a pair of bed sheets, a set of towels (two small towels, two hand towels and two big towels), a tablecloth and two other hand cloths).

€ 40 are required at the end of the trip, for the Cleaning Company.

In order to confirm your accommodation a non-refundable deposit is required.

In case of a cancellation your deposit is non-refundable and will be used for administration costs.
