The B&B has been completely renovated in a modern style and is well connected by metro and bus. It is located in a highly commercial central area of Rome.

There is a metro stop "Teano" on line C just 200 meters from the property, and the second stop "Malatesta" is 450 meters away. In just a few minutes, the metro line C will take you directly to the San Giovanni area.

The property has a free independent garage (2 spots available), rooms with total independence, a fridge, air conditioning (Daikin), heat pump, ensuite bathroom, full HD TV, hairdryer, a set of towels, Wi-Fi internet (subject to availability and payment), kitchen (subject to availability), microwave, and dining room. Shampoo is not provided.

Check-out is at 10 am (other times can be arranged). There is the possibility of adding beds for 25 euros, and children under 3 years old do not pay if they sleep in their parents' bed.
