This apartment is located a few meters from the central station in Spezia, in a pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and pizzerias. It's an excellent location to reach the Cinque Terre, as it takes only 9 minutes by train to get to Riomaggiore from the central station. Furthermore, it's only a 25-minute bus ride or a 30-minute ferry ride to Portovenere, Palmaria, and Lerici. The apartment was renovated in 2015 and is located on the fourth floor with an elevator. It is very bright and beautifully furnished. There are three rooms available: Salvia Room, which is a spacious double bedroom with the option of adding a third bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Basilico Room, which is a large triple room with a veranda overlooking the pedestrian street below, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Timo Room, which is a double bedroom with the option of having two single beds upon request, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. In total, there are six beds available. The apartment has three complete bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer provided. It's an excellent choice for groups of up to eight people, as well as couples and families. To get there, take the La Spezia highway exit and follow the signs to the Cinque Terre. After passing four traffic lights, turn left and follow the signs. After seven more traffic lights, turn right onto Garibaldi Street. At the end of the street, you will see a fountain, and we are just 50 meters away. You can park and call us in advance, and we will wait for you. If you are coming from the train station, exit on the left, cross the roundabout, and take the pedestrian street in front of you. After 50 meters, you will find us at number 39. If you have any trouble finding us, please call us, and we will guide you.
