The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils, and has a kitchenette with four burners and an electric oven. Additionally, there is a refrigerator with a freezer, a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

The bathroom has a shower box, a bidet, a hairdryer, and a complete set of linens.
