Our holiday home is located 1.5km from the historic center of Palermo. You can visit beautiful monuments such as the cathedral, Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama, Monreale Cathedral, Catacombs of the Capuchins, and much more. The property is situated in a well-serviced area with various commercial establishments. We have a bus stop 100 meters away and the train station is 2km away. It is only 20 minutes from Falcone Borsellino Airport.

The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, and balconies. There is also a small bedroom with bunk beds and a cooler with a balcony. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need for cooking. The large bathroom has a whirlpool bath and a shower cabin measuring 160x70 cm.

There is a cozy living room at the entrance with a flat-screen TV and a sofa for relaxation. The house is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove, iron, hairdryer, bed sheets, hand towels, shower towels, and much more. There is also the possibility to book a parking space for €10 per day, as we have a private parking lot 50 meters from the property. Additionally, you can arrange boat rental, bike rental, and car rental by calling us three days in advance before your arrival at the property.
