After having travelled and studied for a while I went back to my italian roots and found this peaceful place and this old stone mill that needed life. Love and respect for nature learned in Australia made me choose a different style of life and I find it very rewarding. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, do some Tai Chi or Yoga exercises, have an healthy breakfast and start a gorgeous day! I can teach you organic vegetarian recipes, spontaneous edible herbs or give you a shiatsu treatment. We can do some work on the veg. garden, pick some fruit or you can stroll down to the beach or visit the middle age villages nearby, taste some typical products of the area or our super extra virgin olive oil.
