The property is centrally located in relation to the major attractions of the province of Syracuse, such as Noto, famous for its Baroque style, and Syracuse, known for the Greek Theater and its enchanting historic center, Ortigia. The proximity of the highway also allows easy access to the splendid beaches of Vendicari and the international airport of Catania.

The Aretusa apartment can accommodate a large group thanks to its 3 double bedrooms, equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom.

The Alfeo apartment, on the other hand, is designed for a romantic stay for couples or a pleasant family holiday. Designed as a modern open space, it has a large living room with an open kitchen and a double bedroom, as well as a sofa bed and two sunbeds that can accommodate the entire family.

Both accommodations are provided with parking, Wi-Fi and share the common garden, the sea view terrace and the barbecue for your grilling.

The strategic location of Villa Vera facilitates excursions to the many beauties of the province of Syracuse, rich in history, culture and traditions. A few kilometers away you will find the island of Ortigia, the Cassibile Nature Reserve, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the Cala Mosche beach, the Plemmirio Nature Reserve and Pantalica, a UNESCO site.
