Fervore vacation home, newly opened in 2022, boasts a modern, refined, colorful and cheerful style, designed to meet the needs of our guests who choose it for both leisure and work purposes.

Located in the historic center, 500 m from the central station in Cosmo Guastalla street (Policlinico area), it is equipped with everything necessary to spend a safe and unforgettable vacation in the beautiful and suggestive tourist location of Palermo. Nearby places of interest within walking distance include Via Maqueda/Quattro Canti, Ballarò Market, Cathedral, Castelnuovo Square, Zisa Castle, Foro Italico, Vucciria and Massimo Theater. The nearest airport is Falcone-Borsellino, 31 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Essential vacation services such as public transportation, buses, subways, taxis, supermarkets, banks, post offices, etc. can be found just a few meters away from the accommodation.

Our vacation home is divided into two apartments with a common entrance but independent, designed to accommodate 2/10 people.

In the common area, there is a washing machine (available upon reservation for an additional cost).

On the right side, there is a fantastic one-bedroom apartment, completely renovated, air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped with an entrance to the living room with a kitchenette and an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and a sofa bed; a bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The property also includes a balcony on the main facade.

On the left side, there is a fantastic three-room apartment, completely renovated, air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped with an entrance to the living room with a kitchenette and an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
