Via Giovanni Errera, 27 - PANTELLERIA (TP)
The Dammusi of Punta Karace are obtained through the renovation and expansion of an old agricultural complex, consisting of 9 Dammusi of various types (from 1 to 6 beds), sizes, and categories (some simpler and spartan, others more refined and sophisticated). The structure is divided into three blocks, with the Mirto and Geranio Dammusi in the first block, the Ibiscus, Gardenia, Gelso, and Ginestra Dammusi in the second block, and the Melograno, Carrubb, and Cycas Dammusi in the third block, which is the highest. The Dammusi in the three different sections are all different in size, location, and furnishings, adjacent but very independent. The property is developed on terraces cultivated with olive and vineyards that slope towards the sea, and the houses are surrounded by lush gardens with palms, bougainvillea, and succulent plants.

From almost every corner of the property, there is a splendid view of the blue Mediterranean. The nearest town is called Kamma, which can be reached by car in 5 minutes (about 4 km) or through a scenic path that allows reaching the town in a few minutes. The nearest access to the sea is that of Punta Karace (800m), which can also be reached on foot if you like to walk. Nearby are also the most beautiful and comfortable coves of Pantelleria, Gadir (2 km) famous for its thermal waters, Cala Tramontana, Cala Levante, and the Elephant Arch (2 km). In the area, there are also several restaurants (seasonal openings), the closest being "Il principe e il pirata," which can also be reached on foot (500 m). Other restaurants in the area include "Le Cale" Restaurant/Bar, typical trattoria "La Favarotta," and others.
