Charming one-bedroom apartment located on the outskirts of Peschiera del Garda, 50 meters from the shore of Lake Garda, the beach, and the beautiful "promenade" leading to the characteristic historic center of Peschiera del Garda.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet residence with a pool and consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen equipped with everything you need (fridge, microwave, moka pot, and American coffee machine), a bathroom with a shower (hairdryer), a living room with a sofa bed and LED TV, a wonderful porch (facing the garden) with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Covered and uncovered parking space. Free use of the pool. Large communal garden.
In front of the residence, there are two supermarkets, several shops, and restaurants.
From our property, you can easily reach the most beautiful locations on Lake Garda, its amusement parks (Gardaland, Zoosafari, Movieland, Caneva), nearby art cities (Verona and Mantua), or the stunning Sigurtà botanical garden in Valeggio sul Mincio and Borghetto (included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy).
It is also possible to organize bike rides or walks along the Mincio River and spend pleasant days at the nearby Sirmione Thermal Baths or the Colà di Lazise thermal baths.

In front of the residence you will find two supermarkets, other shops and restaurants. In 25 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center along a beautiful promenade facing the lake where you can find beaches, bars, restaurants and playgrounds for children. From the port it is possible to use the boats to reach all the places on the lake. From the apartment you can easily reach the most beautiful places on Lake Garda, its amusement parks (Gardaland, Zoosafari, Movieland, Caneva), the nearby cities of art (Verona and Mantua) or the wonderful Sigurtà botanical garden in Valeggio. sul Mincio and Borghetto (included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy).
