Description

The B&B is located on top of a hill, away from the noise of traffic and the city. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a relaxing holiday.

The B&B is made up of 3 double or twin bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning.

Breakfast, included in the price, is served every morning on the porticoed veranda with a panoramic view of the sea.

The common areas with the other guests consist of a large living room, equipped with a fireplace, a typical Sardinian loggia and the kitchen. In the porticoed patio breakfast is served, made up of local products.

The property offers several terraces for relaxation, both outdoors and in the shade to enjoy the fresh air.

A large garden surrounds the house with its 3000m2 of Mediterranean scrub and allows a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding area.

Inside there are also the remains of a Nuragic shed, which gives rise to the name of the B&B. The garden offers numerous panoramic relaxation spots, a barbecue and a Sardinian oven.

Guests can use the living room, the porch terrace, the relaxation area with sunbeds to enjoy the sunset and the panorama and the entire garden.

Inside the structure you can park your car for free.

The house is 1 km as the crow flies from Solanas beach.

Its strategic position allows you to reach Villasimius and Costa Rei in 10 minutes and Cagliari in 40 minutes.

All the main beaches of the coast can be reached in a short time by car.

Upon your arrival you will be provided with a complete guide of all the beaches and services useful for enjoying your entire holiday to the fullest.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our typically Sardinian patio, with a panoramic view of the sea. A living room and a kitchenette are attached to the veranda.

The morning meal consists mainly of local products. A wide selection allows guests to choose between: milk, yoghurt, rusks, jams, honey, croissants, fresh bread and seasonal fruit. Also: fruit juices, moka coffee, tea and infusions, biscuits, nutella. On request also savory breakfast with cheeses and salami.

Breakfast is served between 8: 00 and 10: 00, but we are not strict on the times.

My name is Luca Puggioni, I am the eldest of three brothers and I am married to Daniela, with whom I had 2 girls: Lucrezia and Ludovica. In the early '70s, my parents, with love and sacrifices, dedicated their savings and free time to building the house and tidying up the garden.

After a renovation, I started taking care of the B&B in my spare time as a hobby. I later turned my passion into a full-time job: now I manage the B&B with dedication, simplicity and offering the typical Sardinian hospitality that my family has passed on to me since I was a child.

Solanas is located on the South-East coast of Sardinia just a few minutes from Villasimius.

Immersed in nature and very close to the wonderful beaches of Solanas and Villasimius. Simple room and really beautiful and well-kept common areas. Luca loves his work and his land and doesn't spare suggestions to visit this beautiful area of Sardinia. In October, services start to become scarce but this is certainly not the fault of the B&B. A welcoming environment that I highly recommend.

We spent 10 wonderful days. Luca and his family are super hospitable and attentive. The structure is very clean with abundant and well-assorted breakfasts. The view is amazing, and the fresh air in the evening is pleasant (you can sleep without air conditioning, which is a plus these days). Perfect location to easily reach all the beaches from Villasimius to Costa Rei.

We stayed at this beautiful property between late July and early August. The location is excellent and close to some beautiful beaches. The rooms are clean and the owner Luca is kind and helpful. The breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a sea view is priceless. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner and I, at the Bed and Breakfast managed excellently by Luca, with impeccable cleanliness and a plentiful breakfast. However, I would suggest staying at Sa Guardia De Ferricci, especially for the enchanting view (the structure is located on a hill overlooking the beach of Solanas, reachable in a few minutes by car) and for its strategic position: it is located in the center between the south and east coast, and within 30/40 minutes you can reach practically all the coves between Cagliari and Muravera. Then, thanks to Luca's meticulous knowledge of all the beaches, every guest will be advised in a specific way.

Structure positioned on a small hill in Solanas, an excellent compromise to reach the beaches of Villasimius, Costa Rei, and Cagliari. Even the Solanas beach, a few minutes by car from the structure, is worth a visit and a swim in the crystal-clear waters. New and clean rooms with air conditioning, hairdryer, clothes horse, terrace to enjoy the beautiful panorama and the evening breeze. Towel change and room rearrangement every two days. Luca, the manager, is a wonderful person, friendly, kind, who gives excellent advice on beaches, areas to visit, and places to eat (very useful the online guide sent before the stay). Rich breakfast with artisanal and non-packaged croissants, honey and jams from local producers (myrtle and strawberry tree fruits to try), Nutella, cereals, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit. Excellent relaxation area, availability of beach umbrellas and sun loungers. Absolutely approved and recommended!

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del sud e gode di una vista incantevole perfino dalle camere. Molto curata, anche all’esterno, è rilassante fare colazione (con prodotti locali) nel grazioso patio. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era nuova e pulitissima. Luca è un ospite attento e solare, i suoi consigli preziosi. Grazie a lui e sua moglie per il bel soggiorno, da ripetere.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni in questa bella struttura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge di Villasimius e anche della Costa Rei, con la superstrada vicina. Luca, il proprietario ci ha consigliato le spiagge e i ristoranti. Colazione buona con frutta e briosc fresche tutte le mattine con marmellatine locali gustose. Noi abbiamo scelto la stanza in stile sardo ma ci sono anche stanze con bagno privato nuovissime. Con mia moglie siamo stati in questa struttura bella ed accogliente. Di facile accessibilità si posizionata in maniera ottimale per poter raggiungere tutte le spiagge limitrofe in primis quella di Solanas che è praticamente a un minuto. Le camere, molto confortevoli e comode avvolgono la cucina e le sue verande dove ci si sente praticamente a casa. La colazione è servita in maniera completa anche con prodotti tipici e locali! Il panorama è forse uno dei migliori della zona, dalle terrazze si può ammirare la natura selvaggia delle montagne che si scontrano col blu del mare. Ma il vero punto di forza è Luca, il titolare, premuroso e attento in ogni dettaglio che con la sua famiglia ha accompagnato il nostro soggiorno con grande disponibilità e tanti sorrisi! Luca, il proprietario e gestore di questa meravigliosa struttura, è una persona estremamente simpatica, disponibile, cortese, sempre pronto a rispondere alle richieste dei clienti e disposto a dare consigli su attività possibili, luoghi e spiagge meritevoli di visita e sulla ristorazione del circondario (e oltre). La struttura è eccezionale, ben curata, pulitissima, con spazi comuni ampi e ben arredati. La sera è possibile anche usufruire della cucina per una cena veloce nella fantastica veranda. Le camere sono spaziose e molto curate, nonché pulitissime e con frequentissimi cambi di biancheria da bagno. Il B&B gode anche di un ammaliante panorama a 360 gradi con vista sulla bella spiaggia di Solanas ed è immerso nella natura. Dal B&B si possono raggiungere in breve numerose spiagge e cale tra le più belle della Sardegna, con acque di una trasparenza incredibile. Grazie Luca per averci ospitati con tanta gentilezza. Pace, relax e comodità per le migliori spiagge del sud est Sardegna. Costa Rei, Villasimius, Muravera, Solanas. Possibilità di gita meravigliosa in barca. Struttura semplice, una perla nascosta, tranquillità, riparata dal super caldo, panoramica. Il terrazzo in comune è qualcosa di eccezionale. Per 5 giorni mi è sembrato di essere a casa mia, Luca il proprietario è una persona riservata con un gran cuore, non vi farà mancare nulla. L'unica nota negativa è che andando via ti viene un pò di malinconia, torneremo e porteremo tanti amici. Complimenti.

In a very beautiful natural environment with its own nuraghe you can spend quiet days while being in immediate neighbourhood of the many attractive beaches of Solanas, Villasimius, Costa del Rey etc. You have not only your nice, comfortable and clean rooms at your disposal but also various, comfortably furnished verandas. We loved the rich breakfast with changing types of bread and sweets and, particularly, the regional Sardinian products: the cheese, the marmelads and the fresh orange juice. Luca, Sa Guardia's owner, who serves breakfast himself every morning, is an extremely friendly man, always eager to help, and a valuable source of information about the region and even all Sardinia. He helped a lot to make our holidays a great experience and to discover not only the wonderful beaches but also famous Sardinian artist like Sciola and Maria Lai.

Nous avons été bien reçu par le propriétaire Lucca par Aurélie qui s'occupe de vérifier que vous n'avez besoin de rien. Aurélie parle français ce qui était bien pratique ! Ils nous ont conseillé d'aller manger à Villasimius le soir dans un restaurant qu'ils connaissent et nous y avons très bien mangé. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner préparé et servi par Aurélie. La région mérite vraiment le détour et nous sommes très contents d'avoir dormi dans ce B and B que nous recommanderons à nos amis.

Semplicemente fantastico: situato su una collina da cui si gode di una meravigliosa visuale sul resto della zona, fino a intravedere uno spicchio del mare di Solanas. Le camere sono pulitissime e curate in ogni dettaglio. Le zone comuni altrettanto belle (veranda con divanetti, tavoli per mangiare all'aperto, amaca, ecc). La colazione è molto abbondante e di alta qualità (frutta fresca, brioches direttamente dalla pasticceria, dolci fatti in casa, biscotti, yogurt, e molto altro). Il tutto corredato dalla cordialità, simpatia e completa disponibilità di Luca. Se dovessimo tornare in quella zona sicuramente sarà il luogo in cui vorremo pernottare.

Ottimo B&B, situato in una posizione molto tranquilla immersa nella campagna. A 5 minuti da Villasimius e in posizione ottima per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della costa Sud-Est della Sardegna. Gentilissimo e disponibile il proprietario Luca. Ottimo e consigliabile per motociclisti come noi dato la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto all'interno della struttura.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge di Villasimius. La struttura è dotata di ampio parcheggio, veranda per i momenti di relax e la mattina si può gustare una buona colazione. Inoltre, il gestore mette a disposizione dei clienti ombrelloni e sdraio da portare in spiaggia.

La struttura si trova sulla sommità di una collina a pochi passi da Solanas. Silenziosa e ben tenuta. Possibilità di usare la cucina in comune per preparazione di pasti. Bel patio verde ed ombroso per la colazione che è ricca e varia. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le varie spiagge del sud est. Luca il proprietario gentilissimo e di grande disponibilità. Siamo già stati ospiti di questo B&B lo scorso anno a Luglio e non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di tornare di nuovo quest'anno a Settembre per tanti motivi... la posizione strategica che consente di visitare tutte le più belle spiagge da Costa Rei a quelle nei dintorni di Villasimius alle spiagge di Chia fino a Porto Pino; la bellissima struttura sulla collina che guarda il mare di Solanas, raggiungibile da una amena stradina che si snoda tra mirti, ulivi e fichi d'india, realizzata in stile sardo e curata in tutti i particolari: gli arredi, la biancheria, i magnifici angolini relax del giardino, dei pergolati, dei terrazzini e del patio con vista mare; Il proprietario Luca e sua moglie Daniela che fanno sentire subito a proprio agio gli ospiti con la loro disponibilità e discrezione e sempre pronti a dispensare preziosi consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e locali; la colazione, ottima e generosa con prodotti tipici e freschi, servita nel meraviglioso patio vista mare; il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ! Per chi è alla ricerca di un luogo dove trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax, immerso in uno scenario favoloso, il B&B Sa Guardia dei Ferricci è insuperabile. La casa è bellissima e curatissima sia nelle stanze che nel giardino circostante, e si trova in un'ottima posizione panoramica che permette di godere sia la vista del mare che delle colline. La posizione, inoltre, è ottima per visitare le coste sia del sud che est della Sardegna. Il proprietario è discreto, ma anche molto disponibile per ogni esigenza o richiesta. Insomma, un luogo perfetto dove passare una splendida vacanza, consigliatissimo!

Es war wunderschön, man konnte von dort aus sehr viel verschiedene Strände erreichen. Wichtig ist vor allem ein Mietauto ohne dem kommt man nicht weit. In Villasimius ist man in ca. 15 Minuten wo auch am Abend was los ist und die Essensmöglichkeiten sind spitze. Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns vieles erklärt und auf den Karten genau gezeigt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön. Dinge für den Strand wie Sessel, Matten oder Sonnenschirme werden einem zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch Kühlschränke sind vorhanden in denen man Getränke oder sonstiges geben kann. Ich kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza di 10 giorni fantastici. La struttura è bellissima, circondata da mirti e olivi che offrono tranquillità e relax ineguagliabile. La cortesia, la disponibilità e la cura dei particolari da parte dei proprietari mi ha lasciato senza parole. Fantastici. Le colazioni sono abbondanti con prodotti tipici, diverse marmellate locali, croissant, succhi di frutta a volontà e tanto altro ancora. La pulizia delle stanze è impeccabile. Con i consigli di Luca il proprietario, abbiamo potuto cenare a base di pesce in ottimi ristoranti della zona. La magia di questo posto ci ha talmente conquistati che stiamo già pensando di ritornarci appena possibile.

Ciao, siamo stati due giorni in questo incantevole B&B che domina da un'altura la baia di Solanas e le valli circostanti. La spiaggia di Solanas, a soli 2 minuti di auto è stupenda e non ha nulla a che invidiare alle più blasonate località limitrofe. Il padrone di casa, Luca, è una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima e dimostra un'affetto sincero per il posto in cui è cresciuto. La casa è stupenda, circondata da ulivi e macchia mediterranea, inoltre ha un bellissimo portico dove si fa colazione con buonissime marmellate e miele ovviamente locale. Le camere sono curatissime e pulitissime. Potrete chiedere utili e saggi consigli a Luca su dove andare a mangiare la sera. Insomma, non è facile trovare dei posti così al giorno d'oggi, siamo stati molto soddisfatti e se ricapiterà di passare da quelle parti sicuramente ci torneremo! A presto.

Struttura immersa nel verde, silenziosa, camera da letto accogliente, ben arredata, pulitissima, aria condizionata, bagno annesso con doccia molto puliti, colazione servita all'aperto in veranda, ottima e abbondante con prodotti locali, a 1 minuto dalla spiaggia di Solanas, a 15 minuti da Villasimius, da Castiadas dalla Costa Rei e le più belle spiagge. Nel complesso tutto davvero ottimo.
