The apartment is composed as follows:
Living area
Large room furnished with refinement and taste, complete with TV area, elegance and comfort are combined for a tailor-made stay; a large window, with electric blackout, together with the refined study of lights, embellish the space.

Kitchen
In the same living room there is the large full-wall kitchen, complete with electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer, plates and dishes, tablecloths and various accessories.

Bedroom
The bedroom is finely cared for and refined in style, with classic elements that elegantly mix with modern design ones; complete with linen and blankets; the bedroom is suitable for two guests.

The third bed is obtained from the sofa bed, comfortable and functional, located in the living room.

Bath
Bathroom is modern, functional with a large 120 cm shower cubicle for superior comfort; complete with hairdryer, linen basket, towels and bath towels and hygiene products.

A detail: in times of water crisis and drought, it is a precise ethical choice not to waste water from the aqueduct, therefore in the summer period the garden can be barren and less green, following the natural seasonality of the vegetative cycles. A conscious ecological choice.
