Description
Elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom. Its location is strategic for those who want to visit the city, in fact nearby, without the need for transportation, you can find the beautiful Piazza Navona, St. Peter's, Castel S. Angelo, S. Maria in Trastevere, Bocca della Verità, etc.

Of course, there are no time limits, the guest has their own key to return at any time.

All rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, safe, coffee maker.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 6 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 5 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Please remember to tell us, as soon as possible, the arrival time in Rome. Our B&B do not have a reception h24 so we need to arrange check in before arrival.
Please note for late arrivals ( later than 20.00 hr) there is a supplement of 20 Euro and that balance has to be paid in cash at arrival.

Trastevere district is the most popular and one of the oldest and most characteristic of the city. Its inhabitants in fact, are considered the most authentic Romans.
