La Fiorita - Refined and welcoming three-room apartment
This apartment is located on the first floor and is served by an elevator. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and is situated in a quiet and well-served building. The wall and furniture color scheme creates a warm and pleasant living environment.
The rooms have natural tones that recall the colors of the sea in different seasons, from the aquamarine green of summer to the gray-green of winter. The apartment is illuminated by both salt and designer lamps, creating a very relaxing and refined atmosphere. It is also well air-conditioned with autonomous heating and has a ceiling fan.
Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony and are furnished with spacious wardrobes, bedside tables, and coat hooks.
The living area is a unique environment with a well-equipped kitchenette including a complete set of dishes, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. There is also a dining table for four people, a comfortable sofa bed for two, TV, and internet connection.
The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products.
Towels, linens, iron, and ironing board are provided, and a crib is also available for a baby.
If you have a four-legged friend, it is possible to host them with prior agreement.
