Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size (short-haired) for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds
- A one-time additional cost of 30 € for final cleaning

Other notes

a 150€ cash deposit is required at check in and is given bacl at check out.
please be in contact with us at least two days before your arrival to organise your check in.
Late check in after 7pm required an extra fee depending on your time of arrival (15-40€ range) and must be approved before your arrival.
