In a splendid position overlooking the sea, Casa Gargano is an elegant 110m2 apartment, divided into two residential units on the first floor of a building from the last decades of the 19th century, along the road commissioned in 1853 by King Ferdinand II of Bourbon to connect Amalfi in Vietri sul Mare. It is accessed from the tiny straight road that in the direction of Amalfi precedes the breathtaking curve on the delightful Castiglione beach, just 50 meters from the real estate unit.

Completely renovated and opened to the public in April 2019, it is recognizable by its characteristic blue balcony. The view ranges from the famous image of the bell tower of Atrani to Punta Licosa. The renovation respected its essence of a period house while maintaining early twentieth century furnishings, with a warm and welcoming vintage effect. The apartment has all the comforts: summer/winter air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi connection, digital satellite TV, soundproof windows, spaces for smart working, a piano and books everywhere. Possibility of parking in the garage below the apartment, with electric car charging point.

Comfortable in all seasons, this residence is particularly evocative in winter, when you can contemplate the stormy sea from its high windows.
