Cristina was such a friendly and kind host. She welcomed us warmly and even got us some food for breakfast! The place was very spacious and clean and it had everything one needs to feel comfortable. It's only one stop away from the center when taking the train.

I spent a week in Florence visiting colleagues at the university. The apartment was recommended to me by my co-author. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a small park nearby where it is nice to walk or run. The building is new, and the house is nice. The apartment is modern, big, well-furnished, and perfectly equipped with everything one may need. It is suitable for single guests, couples, or even families. There are two very friendly balconies with a view of the mountains. There is a very comfortable double bed in the bedroom where I slept like a baby. When I next come to Florence, I will try to stay there.

The Bed&Breakfast Orchid is the place you can call "home" in Florence. The apartment is very cozy, with everything you need for longer stays of more than a couple of days. Host Cristina was super kind in welcoming us and explaining how to move around the city. Highly recommended for its strategic location near both the University and the Hospital. Furthermore, the apartment is well connected both by tram, which you can take on Viale Morgagni (which reaches the city center in 15 minutes) and to the station "Rifredi", within walking distance where trains depart for all of Tuscany! When I return to Florence, I will know where to stay.

I stayed at Orchidea on New Year's Eve. Located in a residential and quiet area, it is ideal for those who want to visit Florence with all the comforts of an apartment at their disposal. The tram station is very convenient. There are 2 supermarkets within 300m.
