I arrive at the property around midnight and go through the self check-in procedure. In the key safety box, I can't find the keys to access. I call the emergency number, where they answer after 6 pm, and a very kind girl tells me incredulously that it's impossible not to find the keys. She says she will call me back after a few minutes, but after 10 minutes I call back and she says: 'oh yes, I forgot, try to access this small room with code 009 on the padlock where the emergency keys are'. The padlock doesn't open and she says: 'give me 2 minutes to call you back'... in the meantime, I manage to force the padlock and I call the lady back who rightfully says: 'I didn't call you back because my colleague didn't answer'. I retrieve the spare keys, try to access the room where I hear noises behind the door... they had given my room to another couple inventing a booking mix-up. They give me another room which, besides being late, was cold and dirty. They promise to put me back in my original room the next morning with a discount for the inconvenience. I don't need the discount, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication regarding the discount and error handling. Furthermore, the so-called bed and breakfast didn't even have a small bottle of water or a pastry inside. The stairs to the room were a problem, especially with luggage. The bathroom sink was clogged, making it difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth, and the shower was small and uncomfortable. This is just part of the negative review, avoid this place.
