Spectacular location. Exquisite hosts, very humble and courteous. Sublime room and view, immersed in the Green of the Tuscan Hills. Peace, calm, quiet, relaxation... Enchanting place, as if you were in a Fairy Tale. 10 out of 10.

We are staying at Michele and Lael's house, who are wonderful hosts. They are present but discreet, making the stay a pleasure. The room is clean and equipped, with a wonderful view of the hills. Highly recommended. Gloria and Mario.

A beautiful new and very stylish accommodation, secluded and with a beautiful view of the region. The hosts are very friendly and give space. We will be very happy to come back!

Perfect for getting away from the city noises. I would say a corner of paradise if you love nature. The only flaw is the last 700 meters before reaching the structure are unpleasant, but that is the fault of the Municipality. Owners available for any needs.

Ideal situation for those who want relaxation in absolute calm and privacy, with a breathtaking view, in the shade of a centuries-old oak tree. The pool is an added value to the beauty of the place. The managers are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is abundant. Finally, a postcard-like place at a reasonable price! We will be back!

Michele, perfect host! The room is beautiful and immersed in one of the most beautiful views of the hills of Arezzo, comfortable bed and very clean room. It was a pleasure to spend the night here and thanks to Michele's advice we discovered the beauty of Arezzo. Thanks again, see you next time!

Exceptional place with a forest behind it and paths to do on an electric bike rented from the owner or on foot. Wonderful view and comfortable stay, friendly and always available owners.

I stayed at this property with my daughter for three nights. Amazing experience. Enchanting place and absolute relaxation. Silence and peace. We fell asleep to the sounds of the forest. Beautiful view of the hills of Arezzo. The room was very comfortable and the owners were lovely. We will be back soon.

Great solution. Super breakfast. Very nice room. The last kilometer of road to get there is not paved but you can get there without major problems.
