We had a great time at this property, Loris a perfect host! Everything taken care of in detail, and the treat of the water bottle and cookies and snacks in the room did not go unnoticed! I highly recommend the property, it truly deserves it.

New room, excellent cleanliness, Loris perfect host. If I had to return to Rome, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook in this property. Everything is within reach, you can easily tour the entire city without even having to take a means of transportation, a truly strategic area, away from the chaos but in a few minutes you can reach anything.

With my wife, it is the second time in 9 months that we have stayed at San Pietro Rooms 84. Loris is a nice person, competent and attentive to his customers. The location is wonderful: 10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro and from San Pietro. A very quiet street parallel to Cola di Rienzo where there are plenty of shops and services. Everything is excellent.

Loris was very responsive and very helpful from the moment I booked this. Loris was an incredible host. The room was bright, clean, and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great and a beautiful area, close to the Vatican and only a 15-30 minute walk to get to anything. I definitely recommend staying here!

San Pietro Rooms is located 10 minutes from St. Peter's Square, 5 minutes from Ottaviano Metro station and is situated in a very quiet and very nice area of Rome. The room had all the required features; Loris was very kind and always available. We will definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Rooms 84. We were there for 4 nights (February 2024). The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated in a wonderful neighborhood with an abundance of charming eateries and cafes serving authentic Italian coffee. As a family traveling with two kids (aged 10 and 6), we love exploring the cities we visit on foot, and we were delighted to find that everything was within walking distance. Loris, our host, was exceptional in every way. He was readily available to assist with anything we needed and provided us with invaluable recommendations for local dining spots and coffee houses. The room itself was great, clean, and the beds were cozy. Also, there is daily cleaning service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

The manager, Loris, is always super helpful and ready to respond at any time. The rooms are modern and well-maintained. Unfortunately, sometimes impolite guests can happen as room neighbors, just like what happened to us. One flaw may be the plasterboard walls, through which everything can be heard. Despite this, overall, we had a good stay! I recommend it if you want to spend a few days in Rome.

Everything was perfect! The owner was always present for every need and very kind... 500 meters from San Pietro and close to local shops, bars, pizzerias, and the Metro! Highly recommended.

We had a great time, the young man was very kind and helpful with all our requests. From our window, we had a panoramic view of the dome of San Pietro. The room is a bit small but all in all, it's comfortable.

Clean place, the owner is available and strategic location for those who like to move around. A place discovered by chance, much better than a hotel.

The manager of our entire stay should receive 10,000 points. As we say in Argentina, he wore the number 10 shirt! A genius Loris, he advised and helped us in everything! Very professional. The place is beautiful, very clean and in an excellent location. The cafes and restaurants in the area offer high cuisine at a super affordable price. Our stay in Rome was unforgettable and much of it had to do with the place where we rested. Thank you very much! We will come back and recommend it!

Good structure, we had some issues in the room, but they were promptly resolved by the owner, who, even if not on-site, was always easily reachable.

We stayed for three days to explore Rome, fabulous accommodation, easily reachable on foot to the city center and surrounding areas without any problems. Even with two small children, we had a really good time. The manager Loris is very attentive and available even though he is not on site. We recommend it to couples and families with children.

If I were to return to Rome, I would not hesitate to book here again! Loris, the manager, is a young man, helpful and attentive to the needs of his guests. The room was spacious and clean. The area is fantastic for visiting Rome, even on foot. Well done, Loris!

B&B very close to the center, to the metro, area very well served, clean and quiet room. Loris the owner, very attentive and caring in giving directions and tips on how to move around, on the places and things to see.

Loris was awesome, and the room was great! Beautiful area right in the heart of Prati. The only knock was the sound from the people above, who seemed to think 3:30am was the right time to start a major construction project. Still great, and would stay again!

Loris was wonderful. He was very accommodating to our need for early check-in and was friendly and informative. We chose this location because we had a very brief stop-over in Rome and wanted a location that was close to a metro stop. The area is lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner has always been very helpful and has been able to accommodate all my requests. Perfect location and very clean structure.
