Delightful apartment very warm and cozy situated in the heart of Bologna with all the comforts. Clean, well maintained and equipped with everything necessary for the kitchen, linens, bathroom, with cleaning products. A few steps from Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri. Very kind owner Cristina who provided us with lots of information to visit the city and to taste the cuisine. We had a great time and will definitely return. Along with the group that was with us. Recommended.

The structure should be improved, there are some details that make the difference have been left neglected, missing doorknob on the stairs, missing knob on the chest of drawers and its door in the bedroom, even the kitchen cabinet doors should be adjusted. In the bathroom, I also found towels used by other guests. Moreover, a final cleaning cost of € 45.00 is charged, which is not visible during the search for the facility, unless you enter other conditions.

Gentilissima Nicoletta, si in effetti mi è dispiaciuto riscontrare la sua sorpresa al momento del pagamento. Solitamente non affittiamo per una sola notte, il prezzo per notte sarebbe sicuramente sottostimato sia per la zona che per l’appartamento. Le spese di gestione per ogni cambio ospite sono infatti ammortizzate se il soggiorno è più lungo. Tuttavia l’importo totale che ha pagato per una sola notte è sempre nettamente inferiore a qualsiasi struttura nelle vicinanze. Per la svista degli asciugamani mi ero già scusata e rammaricata con lei, sono cose che possono accadere purtroppo, nonostante le attenzioni. sottolineare che mancano pomelli o chiavi nei mobili mi fa comunque capire che tutto il resto sia stato di suo gradimento. Queste sono piccole cose, in un appartamento così di sapore, ha ragione!

The structure has potential evidently not exploited. The sink tap in the bathroom moves and is at risk of coming off at any moment, the shower box is broken, the house was evidently dirty, there are not enough pillows (at least, for us there were none) and finally, even though we paid for 5, two of us were forced to sleep on the sofa because there were not enough beds. We will not return.

Gentile Martina la ringrazio per il feedback sul soggiorno. Mi scuso per il rubinetto che purtroppo è stato divelto da ospiti precedenti non me ne sono accorta al check in, ho ovviamente provveduto a sistemare e sostituire. Eravate in 5, avete prenotato un bilocale ed è scritto che il secondo letto matrimoniale è il divano letto matrimoniale. Mi dispiace però farle presente che il divano letto deve essere aperto come le ho detto all’arrivo, per diventare matrimoniale, tra l’altro piuttosto ampio e comodo. Mi spiace che abbiate dormito sul divano così, immagino la scomodità! Bastava farmi una telefonata, mi dispiace tantissimo.

We were forced to pay an extra cost for late check-in. There were not enough chairs, glasses, cutlery, etc. There are things to be repaired, water tap loss at the bathroom, toilet loss, shower drain don't work. There was not cleaning bottle for the dishes.

although our timetables are clear, without even notifying and without asking to make an exception, you forced me to check in at 2 in the morning (!!). 35€ is the minimum we ask to get reimbursed for the taxi to come there. All this to do you a favor and not leave you in the middle of the road looking for a hotel. But perhaps it was better to do so.
