Positive experience for the availability and kindness of the owner who, for the care of the B&B Humana, makes you feel at home with keys in hand. A bright and spacious studio located on the 3rd floor, well equipped and clean for the comfort of guests, spacious wardrobe, mini fridge, TV and Hifi. A nice bright bathroom, equipped with everything and above all clean. This B&B is close not only to the Humanitas, but there are family and cheap trattorias and pizzerias, Shopping Centers and various bistros where they serve excellent breakfasts and meals. Definitely recommended.

Functional, very cozy and clean apartment. The only thing to review are the mattresses, a bit too soft, and for a longer stay it would be ideal to be able to use an oven, because there are only two induction hobs, but otherwise everything is perfect. The landlady has always been very caring and attentive.

Very good, kind and helpful manager. I rated the facility 8 because the bathroom lacks a bidet and the bathtub is not very comfortable. Otherwise excellent, I will return and recommend it anyway.

One-night stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a kind lady who made herself available for various information! Very comfortable and clean room, including free wifi, TV, and fan. The breakfast was abundant, with a decent selection. All set in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park. I recommend it.

Consigliatissimo. Ottimo pulizia, gentilezza, disponibilità dei gestori. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sig. Massimo disponibile e gentile, grazie.

Struttura in posizione ideale per chi ci si reca per esigenze particolari (vicinanza strutture ospedaliere) o per piacevoli soggiorni rilassanti. Ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici in tutte le direzioni, sia verso il centro di Milano che per i vari centri commerciali situati nell'Interland. Il gestore Massimo persona affidabilissima, grande professionalità, disponibilità e di una simpatia senza eguali. La stessa cosa possiamo dire della signora Daniela che ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consigliatilissimo per tutti.

Soggiorno piacevole in ambiente familiare senza alcun problema. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Valore aggiunto da nom sottovalutare il servizio navetta gratuito da e per clinica Humanitas e l'aeroporto linate. Unico neo è la mancanza di pos per i pagamenti. Lo consiglierei certamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso il B&B le betulle. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità dal Sig Massimo e la sua famiglia. Un ringraziamento particolare alla sorella. Consigliatissimo.

Dovendo assistere un nostro familiare che avrebbe subito un intervento presso l' Istituto Clinico Humanitas, decidemmo si soggiornare presso la struttura del gentilissimo Sig. Massimo, ci venne proposto di alloggiare in un bilocale situato a Milano 3 a circa 1 km di distanza dall'ospedale facilmente raggiungibile sia con autovettura privata, con mezzi pubblici e volendo anche a piedi. Il bilocale arredato in stile moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni confort, molto pulito e silenzioso diciamo un ottima scelta per chi dovesse avere la nostra stessa necessità. Oltre all'oggettiva bellezza e comodità della struttura, il fiore all'occhiello è stato senza ombra di dubbio la gentilezza, la professionalità e la massima disponibilità dimostrataci dal titolare, una persona sempre presente e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema che si potesse presentare, lo consiglio vivamente. Ringrazio ancora il Sig. Massimo.
