Je n'aime pas ces évaluations, donc je vais juste laisser ce commentaire. L'endroit était correct et situé juste à côté du Duomo. Mais je ne le choisirais pas à nouveau, car on nous a demandé de payer en espèces, y compris les taxes de séjour, mais nous n'avons reçu aucun reçu, ce qui est très inhabituel de nos jours. Et on ne nous a pas offert de serviettes; on nous avait demandé de les apporter nous-mêmes, ce que nous avons également trouvé assez étrange.

PS: receipts are done telematically, they are usually sent by e-mail, it might have gone to spam, maybe a system error or where I don't know. As for the towels: since you had known well in advance and not at check in.... I don't see where the problem lies. If you were not comfortable with it you might as well have booked at other facilities. For the next facility you go to remember that: asking is legal and answering is courteous...so ask anything, hosts do not eat guests
