Well-furnished, comfortable bed. The cleanliness should be improved. The bathroom lacks ventilation and turns into a sauna. But the big problem is the noise, coming from other rooms since the sliding doors are very thin and the entrance door opening system is a blast in the night. Forget about sleeping.

Excellent property, Mrs. Tiziana welcomed us very well and was very kind. The room was fantastic: clean, tidy, and located in the Fuorigrotta district. Moreover, it was convenient because we had everything at hand: bus stop, metro station, pubs, shops, and a tobacco shop to buy tickets. We had a great time and I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Naples. You won't regret it! I will definitely come back!

Mrs. Tiziana was very kind and super helpful, the room was really beautiful, well equipped with all the amenities and very clean. The b&b is very close to the train and bus station so very convenient to move around, overall a very convenient location. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

The structure lacks an elevator due to being a historic building and the floors are high. It is very close to metro 2 of Piazza Leopardi, a few stops from Central Station (the station is outdoors and from the street you pass on an elevated path that, through a two-ramp staircase, leads to the platforms). Near the structure there are various places to eat and also a well-stocked supermarket (Sole 365). Breakfast consists of a cappuccino/coffee and a brioche (various choices filled with chocolate cream, pistachio, pastry cream, jam, or empty), both good. The manager has always been quick to respond to requests.

Nice bed and breakfast. Excellent location as it is positioned practically in front of Leopardi station on metro line 2. The city center is reached in a few minutes. Excellent location also because it is in a quieter area compared to the city center. The only downside is that I got the room with a private bathroom not inside the room but with entrance from the common hallway. A bit inconvenient.

Room in an excellent location for those like me who visited Naples for a couple of days. The metro station is only 100 meters away and you can reach the most interesting areas in a very short time. The room is very large and welcoming, the bed very comfortable. The owner is very kind. The very interesting thing is the possibility of having parking inside the building. I will gladly return.

Excellent location for the Stadium and the Fair. Excellent value for money. Excellent management, availability, and kindness of the owner.

Spartan room, uncomfortable bed, small terrace communicating with other rooms and furnished with a table and chair in chrome iron destroyed by the weather with the risk of getting scratched and getting tetanus. NEVER AGAIN.

Comfortable and well-maintained property. Kind owner. Ideal for two people and short trips. The location is a strong point, being located just a few meters from the Napoli Campi Flegrei stop. Breakfast at the bar, good but nothing exceptional. The only downside is the shower bath products, not available except for the liquid soap.

The passion in the management of the property by the owner is exemplary, maximum availability and courtesy. Clean, welcoming environment equipped with every comfort, good breakfast included.

Everything excellent.

Nice building, very nice, clean and spacious room - we slept in a 4-bed room, it was large and with a bathroom. Tastefully furnished. Breakfast at a nearby bar, with very nice food and lovely people. The B&B is close to a metro station, very handy to reach the city - but keep in mind that the last metro was quite early at night.

Everything perfect, the owner very kind, the room perfect, the breakfast as well, a few steps from the metro, the blue room was beautiful. Excellent quality/price.

The property is in a great strategic location, close to public transportation, with the convenience of parking. Unfortunately, breakfast is not provided, even though there is an agreement with a local bar. Considering the pandemic period, it's not a fundamental issue, but it would have been appreciated to be informed in advance. An important aspect that concerns me is the cleanliness. On the balcony, there is a table and two painted metal chairs (rusty), in an untouchable condition. There is also a small fountain for washing small clothes on the same balcony. When I opened the cabinet underneath, it was full of cobwebs and very dirty. The most significant issue is with the bed, the bed sheets smell musty, unbearably. To sleep, we had to spray perfume on the bed every night before going to sleep, thankfully we always bring pillowcases from home. The towels have the same bad smell. I don't understand how they received a rating of 9.1 out of 10. Perhaps something has changed over time, but currently, for my standards, a rating of 7 is already generous.

Very welcoming, clean and tidy structure. The welcome was very kind. It is located in a not very central area but close to the stadium and the exhibition center. The only discomfort is the breakfast offered outside the structure at a nearby bar. Recommended also for the excellent value for money.

The place turned out to be particularly suitable for my needs (close to the places to reach, relatively easy to reach from the Central Station...), with an excellent quality/price ratio. Well-kept cleanliness, quite a quiet place despite being located on a busy street. For breakfast (in a nearby bar) I gave a positive rating on trust, considering that due to time constraints I was not able to take advantage of it. In conclusion, the structure is certainly recommended!

Great room, comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Inconvenient the solution of the bathroom outside the room, reachable by passing through a corridor overlooking the rooms of other guests. It should be specified that each room has its own bathroom and is not shared with others. However, more than satisfying experience.

I stayed for one night and had a great time, upon my arrival I was welcomed by one of the owners who with the utmost availability and kindness made me feel at home. Kind, precise and helpful owner. The Paris room is spacious, clean and in perfect condition, as described. The location is excellent, right in front of the metro station (line 2) at Piazza Leopardi. I would recommend it and would gladly return.

Overall the room is well-kept and nicely furnished; it also has a fridge available. The bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine with pods available at no additional cost (pods, cups, sugar and stirrers all included). Mrs. Tiziana is very kind and precise. The only downside is that, although private, the bathroom is external to the room. The breakfast, to be enjoyed at the bar, is the classic cappuccino with croissant. The property is just a few steps from the Fair of Oltremare, San Paolo Stadium and the Engineering Faculty of Federico II.

Very spacious Delhi room, very clean, TV, air conditioning, minibar, unlimited free espresso. It does not overlook the street, so very quiet. A 10-minute walk from the Oltremare exhibition, so ideal for those coming to a competition like I did.

We had a great time. Optimal location to reach all the places of interest. Thank you.

Ho scelto questa struttura perché si trova in una zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e relativamente vicina i luoghi di mio interesse anche se si trova in una zona che una volta era di tipo popolare ma ora è molto migliorata. Sono stato assistito al mio arrivo con professionalità e cortesia e la comodità che ho apprezzato di più è stata la possibilità di parcheggiare la mia auto in un cortile interno gratuitamente. In un altro B&B avevo dovuto ricorrere a un garage convenzionato che però è comunque costato un extra non trascurabile. Ci tornerei senz'altro e la segnalerei ad amici.

Bella struttura, pulita, accogliente e con parcheggio interno; la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto!

Posizione comodissima. 1 minuto dalla metropolitana e 5 minuti dallo Stadio/Fiera. Stanza pulitissima, personale accogliente e bagno anche se fuori dalla camera, spazioso e pulito. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Struttura molto bella e comoda per gli spostamenti. Molto curata e pulita. I gestori sono molto gentili. La colazione è in realtà costuiita da un cesto di merendine confezionate, yogurt e una macchinetta del caffè. Non sono forniti neanche i cucchiaini per mangiare lo yogurt. Potrebbero magari lasciare un bollitore per fare almeno un tè o allestire una macchina per fare il latte o il cappuccino.

Siamo stati accolti in un pulitissimo appartamento, totalmente ristrutturato con molto gusto, ci sono dei pavimenti stupendi in cementina con decorazioni, praticamente dappertutto; letti in ferro battuto molto comodi; colazione abbondante; tv e frigo in camera; terrazzino che affaccia su un piccolo agrumeto dove la mattina gli alberi sono pieni di uccellini che saltano ovunque e si può fare colazione anche li perché c'è un secondo tavolino con sedie, la signora è accogliente ed educatissima e ti fa sentire come se andassi a casa di una persona di famiglia, la struttura è a cinque minuti precisi a piedi dalla mostra d'oltremare ed è di fronte alla metro "Leopardi" quindi non mancano le attrattive, io ci sono stato per partecipare ad una fiera e la sera ho cenato in una trattoria che si trova a metà percorso consigliatami dalla signora, ho mangiato benissimo e ho speso poco, ma comunque la zona è attorniata da ristorazioni e bar di ogni tipo, ci tornerò sicuramente in occasioni future, un saluto con affetto.

Tutto molto bello e confortevole, mi sono trovata perfettamente a mio agio e i gestori sono stati molto gentili nel venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Senza ombra di dubbio se dovessi passare nuovamente per Napoli mi rivolgerò nuovamente a loro.

Abbiamo trascorso qui tre notti, la camera molto pulita ed accogliente con ogni genere di comfort, la proprietaria Barbara è stata fin da subito disponibile e gentilissima, consigliandoci le mete di maggiore interesse.

B&B veramente carino e la proprietaria dolcissima si è preoccupata per noi per qualsiasi cosa, disponibilissima e gentilissima. Per stare li abbiamo pagato nulla per il servizio e la qualità della struttura. Grazie di tutto ritorneremo.

Eine wuderschöne Unterkunft mit sympathischen und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Äußerst verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur 2 Minuten bis zur Metro. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zum Innenhof gelegen und deswegen sehr ruhig. Sicheres Parken im Innenhof möglich. Man bekommt einen Gutschein für ein Frühstück in einem nahe gelegenen Cafe, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, mit tollem Cappuccino, Cornetto und ohne weitere Touristen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Wir würden af jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ho prenotato senza conoscere il B&B e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene dall'accoglienza, la camera arredata con buon gusto pulita e con tutti i confort richiesti, fino alla consegna delle chiavi. Si sono presentati disponibili e se ritornassimo in zona sicuramente prenoteremo da loro.

Dovevo passare tre notti a Fuorigrotta per svolgere alcune attività al complesso universitario Monte Sant'Angelo e il B&B "Le stanze in fiera" è stato esattamente quello che cercavo. La struttura è molto curata, pulita e ben posizionata e la disponibilità e gentilezza dei gestori ne fa un posto molto accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente.

Il B&B è nuovissimo le stanze sono arredate con gusto molto accoglienti e ben pulite. I titolari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità sconvolgente. La metropolitana è vicinissima e permette di spostarsi agevolmente.

Basta una sola parola per descrivere il B&B, eccezionale.

Un B&B super in tutto dall'eleganza del palazzo all' accoglienza e disponibilità della titolare.. stanze pulitissime coloratissime calde all'avanguardia con un tocco di raffinatezza unico dalle caramelle sul comodino dalla disponibilità della rete Wi-Fi all'opportunità di bere un bel caffè caldo la mattina per partire con energia. Bagno anch'esso indipendente e super pulito e poi buonissima colazione in un bar vicino il B&B. Ottimo B&B e cordialissima la signora Tiziana lo consiglio a tutti.

Stanza accogliente, pulitissima e di design molto curata nei particolari da farti sentire a casa tua, veramente chic. Il posto è molto silenzioso ma allo stesso tempo si trova in una zona strategica per gli spostamenti. La colazione ottima. Davvero eccellente! Confortevole, pulito, bello e particolare. Centrale e comodo per la sua posizione perché si ha tutto vicino, dalla metropolitana al supermercato. I gestori sono delle persone splendide, educate, gentili e cordiali. Molto lieto di avere soggiornato lì e di tornarci!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura nel periodo di Natale. Le decorazioni fatte dalla proprietaria sono molto gradevoli. Il B&B è praticamente di fronte la metro, con servizi (supermercato, pub, bar) raggiungibili a piedi; la struttura è stata rimodernata da poco ed è impeccabile. Pulita, fresca e piena di comfort. La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima nel consigliarci cosa visitare e a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento su come raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Non mancano piccole carinerie come una cialda di caffè per ospite da consumare in sede e delle caramelle in camera. La colazione si consuma in un bar vicino alla struttura, cornetti da paura e strabordanti di crema. Nel complesso il voto generale è 10. Complimenti Tiziana, continua così.

Eravamo due coppie e abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questa splendida struttura. Tutto ottimo dall'accoglienza alle camere splendide come appaiono in foto. Colazione abbondante e buonissima a pochi metri dalla struttura in un bar bellissimo. Parcheggio interno davvero molto comodo. Stiamo prenotando un'altra notte perché è un piacere soggiornarvi. Complimentissimi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Un B&B eccellente, pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi particolari. I gestori sono stati molto disponibili e gentilissimi, nient'altro da dire che consigliarlo al 100% ai prossimi viaggiatori.

Struttura meravigliosa, come essere a casa propria. La proprietaria è una persona dolcissima e disponibilissima. Situato a pochi passi dalla metro e dalle fermate bus, circondato di bar supermarket ristoranti o quello che può servire, tutto a portata di mano. Biancheria linda e profumata, bagno impeccabile, insomma tutti i comfort possibili. Servizio minibar a prezzi bassissimi, camera con balcone su un angolo di verde, stanza silenziosa, insomma un piccolo paradiso.

Sono stata veramente bene. Pulito, confortevole, la gestione veramente cordiale e disponibile, lo consiglio. Ottimo.

B&B molto centrale, a cinque minuti dallo Stadio San Paolo e quindi anche dalla Mostra D'Oltremare! Struttura nuova provvista di tutto, mini bar in camera, wi fi e climatizzatore. Le stanze sono bellissime, arredate con gusto e arte! Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza della proprietaria che si è messa a disposizione sia per le indicazioni e le informazioni sia per i vari imprevisti capitati! Consigliatissimo!
