Nina is a star host that made us feel very comfortable during our stay. She is quick to respond to WhatsApp messages too if you need any help while she is away from reception.

Small room, but very clean, with everything you need. Smooth check-in and check-out. Perfect location in the city center.

In Florence for a weekend of leisure.\nI stayed at the B&B Cicerone Guest House. Very central location. Everything very good, only flaw the bathroom a bit too small. Otherwise recommended. I will definitely return.

Stained comforter, old and uncomfortable crib, stained pillows... the bathroom and breakfast were good. The manager's kindness was average.

Stay in a strategic position near the station and the city center. Excellent breakfast and room cleanliness. Note of merit for the owner of the Cicerone Guest House, extremely kind and available to meet customer requests.

Great location and welcome, some things to improve, for example the lighting which is poor in the room and also in the bathroom.

By now Nina is becoming a certainty: a stay in Florence becomes perfect if staying at her Guest House. Simplicity and kindness characterize her structure! Everything to say the least perfect!

The bathroom is extremely small and does not have a bidet.

A delightful bed and breakfast in an optimal location, close to the train station, very close to the Central Market and less than a 10-minute walk from the Duomo. The rooms are simple but with personality, unexpectedly quiet considering the very busy area. New bathroom, perfect cleanliness, adequate spaces. Very convenient check-in at any time even in the absence of the reception. Breakfast with good pastries that you can choose and enjoy in the room (equipped with a table and chairs). The owner is really nice and friendly, makes you feel at home! Highly recommended place!

Excellent location near the station and the San Lorenzo market and Duomo square, the lady was very kind and courteous. We will definitely return.

A short walk to/from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The manager/owner is very accommodating and friendly. Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants in/near the core. You have to go up a few flights of stairs. The central location brings increased traffic and noise. No complaints... the property is as advertised!

Nina was a perfect hostess. Great breakfast and selection of the best places to visit. We will definitely come back if we return to Florence!

Mrs. Nina is very kind. The structure is 5 minutes away from the FiSMN station. Comfortable rooms equipped with everything. Excellent breakfast and coffee and drinks available at any time. I will definitely come back.

Owner of the B&B very kind and professional, we will definitely come back here when we return to Florence. B&B in a great location, central just a few minutes walk from the main points of interest. Abundant and good breakfast, clean room, perhaps not as new as it appears in the photos, but still perfect with everything you need, as well as spacious. Air conditioning, TV and Hairdryer available. Comfortable bed, slightly firm, but this is a matter of personal preference. Quality/price ratio more than good, considering what is available around.

The bed & breakfast is on the first floor of an old house without an elevator, very convenient in terms of location, both for the station and the city center. Everything is within walking distance. The manager is diligent, always available by phone or WhatsApp, and in the morning for breakfast which is served in the room on a small table because the space is limited. The breakfast is basic. Room 3 is really narrow and you can't keep the window open because in front there is the exhaust of the fumes from the downstairs establishment. The heating works, so does the shower. There is also a small television, but you probably won't watch it since you'll be out exploring the city. In summary, the bed & breakfast is average, but 150 euros per night per room is definitely too much.

Structure located on the first floor of a historic building, the rooms are neat and clean, if I have to be picky, I would have cleaned the ventilation fan in the bathroom, a bit dusty, for the rest we had a great time, the guy at the reception was very kind in preparing the breakfast served in the room. If I were to come back, I will definitely consider the structure.

Excellent value for money. Clean and welcoming facility with all the comforts (good idea of check-in with the phone and the possibility to keep the luggage after check-out). The owner is kind and helpful. Nice idea of breakfast in the room with the possibility to choose some good bakery products. Definitely worth going back.

We are two couples of friends arrived from Sardinia. Very satisfied to have stayed in this cozy accommodation in the center of Florence; which allowed us to reach the most fascinating places in the city without having to resort to buses or taxis. Walking on foot we could admire ancient alleys and palaces. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, Mrs. Nina welcomed us extremely kindly. We recommend it to those who want to spend days of tranquility immersed in art in Florence.
