Suitable for visiting L'Aquila and the Gran Sasso complex. Spacious room, with sharing of the kitchen and the living room with other guests. The manager, attentive and helpful, even though it was August 15th, proved to be available at the times.

Mrs. Rita was very kind, helpful and punctual upon our arrival. The structure is new, comfortable and welcoming. A few minutes from L'Aquila (5 minutes) with internal parking and gate. I have visited this property twice. The time mentioned in this review I had to undergo a procedure at the nearby hospital. The first day together, the second day my wife alone. A place where you can stay in peace, without noises and without anything else that could be annoying. The owner, with a unique kindness, is always available to help the customer overcome any moment of discomfort. Clean and well-positioned property. Yes, now in this city, if I need a place to sleep, I will know where to go. Also completely satisfying my wife's expectations.

I had a sudden need for a B&B near the hospital and couldn't find anything better. Mrs. Rita, with infinite sweetness, immediately went out of her way to help me (without any notice... poor thing). Looking for a place to stay for a couple of days in Abruzzo, I found this lovely B&B. The place is located on the ground floor of a small villa in Coppito, a suburb outside L'Aquila. You can arrive by car and park it inside the garden. The spaces inside are large and welcoming, there is a kitchen and a very large common living room. My room with two single beds was spacious and clean. I could use a bathroom exclusively for myself (there are two bathrooms and three rooms in total). An important thing for some people is that dogs are allowed inside the property. I traveled with my dog who also had a good time. Of course, I refer to the proper behavior of both the owner and the dogs.
