We were welcomed very kindly. Everything around was very harmonious. Simply a place of well-being.

We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, only in hotels. For the vintage car gathering event "vernasca 2023", we booked this bed and breakfast run by Mrs. Pinuccia. Well... what can I say? We felt completely at home! The sweet Mrs. Pinuccia tends to spoil her guests. We were wonderfully welcomed. Then, once inside the house, there were only sounds of pleasure at seeing the fridge full of every delicacy... I don't know how many types of milk were there... then fruit juices of all kinds, lemons, cherries, and other fruits, water at will... in short, this was just the contents of the fridge, while on the table, well set, there was a splendid pie with jam, typical of the area, made by Mrs. Pinuccia (I must admit that I wrapped up the leftovers and took them away). Not to mention the contents in the cupboard full of every sweet for breakfast. The apartment is truly comfortable, very clean, and new. Another convenient thing was the garage for our vintage car, automatic gate, and ample maneuvering space. Mrs. Pinuccia was always present and available. We absolutely lacked nothing. My husband and I are grateful for all the attention given.

We stayed at Sotto il Castello in total relaxation, very kind and available for arrival and departure times. Clean accommodation, good and abundant breakfast with her delicious cake. To come back and recommend to everyone.

Very charming property, reserved parking, a beautiful open patio to enjoy in the evening for a glass of wine or simply admire the view. Mrs. Pinuccia welcomed us with the hospitality that only the people of these parts know how to offer. She made us comfortable in a very nice mini apartment equipped with every comfort, just a stone's throw from the village of Castell'Arquato, wonderful to visit all the way to the top where you can enjoy a breathtaking view (prepare with comfortable shoes... and breath!). Large and comfortable bed, very comfortable pillows, wardrobe space to store clothes during the stay. We stayed only for a short time but we will definitely return! For those staying a few days, in addition to the numerous places nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and any necessity within walking distance. 20 minutes by car from Fidenza Village for those who want to go shopping. Independently, you can have breakfast in the morning with everything you need already provided by Mrs. Pinuccia (special mention to the vegetable milk for intolerants), yogurt, fruit juices, water bottles, decaffeinated tea, a pod machine for espresso coffee, a cupboard with packaged snacks, jams, muesli and a typical local cake, a shortcrust pastry filled with delicious plum and amaretto jam! Everything absolutely perfect! The apartment, equipped with every comfort, is located in a very quiet residential area and is just a stone's throw from the medieval village.

Spacious apartment and fully equipped, also with accessories for babies (crib, high chair). Very clean and convenient to visit the town. The owner Mrs. Pinuccia is extremely kind. We will definitely come back.

Passing by for a weekend, we had a great time, I would recommend it. Thank you for the kindness, the hospitality, and the delicious cake.

Comfortable mini apartment on the basement floor of a small building a short walk from the center of the ancient village of Castell'Arquato, also reachable on foot with a pleasant walk, beautiful to do both during the day and in the evening through the illuminated path that also passes over the Arda river. Exquisite welcome from the owners, just as exquisite was the homemade cake we found upon our arrival, ready to enjoy, along with everything needed for a rich breakfast. Private parking a few steps from the entrance, convenient and quiet location. Recommended.

The apartment is new, the decor is well-kept, and all possible services are available. It is indeed an apartment and not just a room. It's a stone's throw from the village of Castell'Arquato, so it's very convenient to reach the village on foot. The owner is very kind and helpful, she made us find a delicious cake and everything needed for a rich breakfast. Fully approved and recommended! Castell'Arquato is beautiful! First of all, I would like to point out that it was the first time and I didn't know the owner even though our surnames are similar. The B&B is amazing and fabulous, unfortunately, I only stayed one night but I will definitely return with great pleasure. The two-room apartment is carefully furnished, it has everything and more like at our home, the kitchen with all appliances and on the table, to start with, a sublime homemade cake, in the fridge yogurt, milk and fruit, butter and everything you need for a real breakfast: espresso coffee machine, tea, jams, rusks, biscuits and more. In the bathroom, everything for showering and bathing, soaps, shampoos, etc for a week, hairdryer, hairdryer. Mosquito nets on the windows. You sleep well, even the car is safe, parked in the fenced private square. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely go back. Thank you Pinuccia.

The welcome was really warm; we had a great time in the apartment and felt free. Breakfast is plentiful, the cake made by the landlady is also delicious.

The 2 apartments were clean and the centre of Castell'Aquarto was just 15 minute walk away. Our host was lovely and available to help if needed. She even made us a lovely homemade cake. I would stay here again.

Io e la mia famiglia vi abbiamo soggiornato per fare un giro dei borghi e castelli. L'abbiamo scelto perché è in una posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere facilmente le più belle località della zona. L'alloggio è tranquillo, pulito, accogliente e completo di tutto il necessario, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La signora Pinuccia è stata molto cordiale e ci ha accolti con un delizioso dolce fatto da lei. Consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento si trova in un posto tranquillo e fresco, nonostante il grande caldo non c'era bisogno di condizionatori nè altro, super fornito di qualsiasi utensile è perfetto come base per visitare i dintorni, essendo comodo alla strada per la macchina, e a piedi a Castell'Arquato che si trova proprio di fronte. La signora Pinuccia è stata gentilissima e disponibile e la colazione abbondante e curata nel dettaglio, anche dalla crostata fatta in casa buonissima. L'appartamento era molto grande e adatto anche a 4/5 persone. Lo consiglio vivamente per un giro dei Castelli.

Posto splendido! Accoglienza e ospitalità eccellenti. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Abbiamo portato i nostri gemelli di un anno per la prima volta in vacanza e abbiamo trovato tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Eravamo vicinissimi ad ogni luogo di interesse. Torneremo presto.

Appartamento ideale per noi tre. Accogliente, ben equipaggiato, buona la posizione. Per quanto riguarda la proprietaria... beh che dire ci ha messo proprio a nostro agio, simpatica, gioviale e cortese. Proprio una bella persona. La colazione super ok. La torta che ci ha preparato era davvero il top. Se proprio devo fare un'annotazione negativa beh tra Lei e mia moglie non se la finivano mai di discorrere ma a questo, come tutti gli uomini ben sanno, non ha rimedio.

Avevo bisogno di una stanza per passare una notte nelle vicinanze di Fiorenzuola e ho trovato questa struttura a Castell'Arquato. Un appartamento a disposizione che il gestore gentilissimo ci ha concesso di poter occupare il giorno seguente e poter ripartire così con tutta calma il pomeriggio. Grazie ancora la struttura inoltre essendo un seminterrato era abbastanza fresca nonostante la calura di questi giorni.. Asciugamani profumati forniti in abbondanza ci hanno consentito di fare più docce e sopportare così meglio il caldo. Un ringraziamento inoltre va anche alla figlia, Beatrice che ci ha aspettato sotto il sole e ci ha accompagnati alla struttura!
