What I particularly liked was the kindness of the manager.

Called out of caution a few hours before accessing the property, on the same day of check-in: the manager told me that I had not made any reservation. When I told him that the reservation had been confirmed via email (through the aforementioned website I was asked to contact him by phone and by phone I was asked to confirm on his personal email) he replied that it wasn't true, to try to prove it because if it had really been like that he would have been a jerk... After forwarding him the email sent three weeks before, he made me speak with his wife who essentially blamed me because I didn't notify even the day before the overnight stay and I was also made fun of when I told them that for normally organized structures this never happens (never had to confirm a reservation the day before check-in in my life). STRONGLY DISCOURAGE, disorganized and presumptuous people.
