Super nice, uncomplicated and helpful hosts, who are happy to provide many ideas and suggestions for interesting trips in the area. The medieval town of Anguillara on Lake Bracciano is a place for travelers who really want to get in touch with Italy and enjoy exploring cultural sites and nature off the beaten path. Casa Cucù is not directly in the old town, but is within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Casa Cucù is a highly recommended property. The owner, Verena, is very helpful. I chose this property for the second consecutive year because it is really comfortable and equipped with everything needed to have a good summer stay and more. The location is excellent, you can go to the lake and the historic center of Anguillara in 10 minutes on foot, and within a few minutes on foot you can reach all services (supermarkets, pharmacy, children's playground, fruit and vegetable shop...). The strengths of the little house are the shaded garden, having two bathrooms, private parking, and the location.

Casa Cucù is a gem. Being a guest of Verena felt like being at home. Casa Cucù is comfortable in every way. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The ideal place to spend peaceful days. Just a few steps from the lake. The reserved parking space inside the private park is essential. Verena is attentive and always available. I will gladly return.

Beautiful well-equipped and well-furnished little house, kitchen complete with dishes, nice garden for breakfast. It was a great stay, thanks also to the kindness of Mrs. Verena. I hope to come back soon!

Casa Cucù is really cozy, clean and equipped with everything that can be needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the house is perfect. It is close to the historic center but also in a very quiet context. Verena is a perfect host: kind, friendly and always available. I recommend Casa Cucù to all those who want to spend a happy stay in Anguillara Sabazia.

A pleasant return. In December, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, for the second time we were guests at the nice Casa Cucù in Anguillara Sabazia. This time too, the stay was very pleasant, the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Verena in welcoming us are truly priceless. Her welcome sweets were very much appreciated by us. Cleanliness, tranquility, location (we are a stone's throw from the lake and the historic center) contribute to the high standard of this property. The reserved parking space inside the fenced area is appreciable. In conclusion, we feel to promote and highly recommend staying at this property, you will not be disappointed. For our part, we will definitely return.

In Casa Cucù everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and you immediately feel pampered. The quiet location and the comfort of the bed inspire restorative sleep. The wonderful lake is a stone's throw away, as is the center of Anguillara, very well served. I spent a regenerating and fun week also thanks to the affection and sympathy of the landlady Verena and her wonderful Family. To be repeated as needed against any discomfort.

I have been there many times, I always come back willingly, and it is very nice, clean, comfortable, and above all the courtesy and kindness of the owner is a rarity.

We felt at home, wonderful reception, comfortable and clean spaces! Verena and Giovanni with their beautiful children really made us feel at ease, an unforgettable vacation! Can't wait to come back since we live in Barcelona, until next summer!

5 stars for the excellent accomodation, the friendly service and the outstanding friendliness of or hosts. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at CasaCucù and we loved every minute of it. The rooms are new, clean, welcoming and well-furnished. You really find everything you need right in place. The hosts and their family are very friendly and helpful when it comes to suggestions for excursions. There is a beautiful garden in the back which we used for a nightly glass of wine to wind down and relax. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay soon. Highly recommended!

Casa cucù è una deliziosa casetta sul lago di Bracciano, ad Anguillara. Davvero pulita e tranquilla, ha tutto il necessario per trascorrervi qualche giorni di serenità. Molto utile la presenza del secondo bagno. In sostanza una casetta tranquilla e confortevole sia per famiglie che per coppie, ad esempio con il mio compagno vi abbiamo soggiornato per Capodanno e siamo stati benissimo. Verona e la sua bella famiglia sono davvero carini e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta (la dove possibile) Da non sottovalutate la vicinanza con il centro di Anguillara raggiungibile a soli 5 minuti a piedi Voto complessivo 10 + e sicuramente torneremo.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto funzionale sfruttato in ogni sua parte per rendere piacevole il soggiorno anche a due coppie di amici, nonché a un nucleo familiare di quattro persone. È tutto nuovo ed è collocato in un ambiente discreto e tranquillo, vicino al centro di Anguillara. I gestori sono una coppia giovane molto disponibile, attenta e ospitale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo il soggiorno in questa struttura anche per visitare Roma come abbiamo fatto noi sfruttando il treno che ben collega con la capitale.

Ottima struttura, anche come posizione strategica per stare sul lago e visitare Roma che è a pochi minuti di auto. Tutti i servizio sono a portata di mano. Inoltre Verona e Giovanni (i proprietari), sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo.

Ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt! Verena und Giovanni sind außergewöhnlich sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und wir haben uns in ihrem B&B sehr wohlgefühlt! Anguillara ist der ideale Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Naturschutzgebiet lädt zu Wanderungen und Baden im See ein. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Natur fernab vom Massentourismus aber gleichzeitig auch ideal für einen Tagestrip nach Rom. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist ganz in der Nähe und auch das historische Zentrum sowie ein großer Supermarkt sind in Laufnähe. Giovanni und Verena waren über die Maßen hilfsbereit und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Dieses B&B wird auch in der Zukunft ein regelmäßiges Ziel für unsere kleine Familie sein.
