Everything perfect. In an ancient building, the apartment has been recently renovated in a modern key, brand new furnishings and services. Ideal location to visit the historic center, easily reachable from the airport. Friendliness and precision in customer contacts, absolutely recommended.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Only 2 minutes from Duomo square, this apartment is in an older building but completely and thoughtfully updated to the highest and most modern standards. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like water and fresh fruit waiting for you on arrival, plus coffee and a coffee pot for you to make your 1st espresso of the day. Also, daily housekeeping, which is becoming a rare event with hotels. Annalisa was very kind and helpful and made a special effort to show up ahead of time when I requested a slightly early check-in. You have all the advantages and disadvantages of being right in the center. The modern remodel includes a second set of heavy doors/windows to eliminate the evening noise, but if you are a very light sleeper, you might want to bring some earplugs for sleeping. Also, as this is an older building, the apartment is on the 3rd (American) floor (2nd for everyone else), and there is no elevator/lift. Just FYI. All in all, an optimal experience. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to friends/family.

Our stay at Amenano B&B & Apartments was an exciting experience right in the heart of Catania! The location of the hotel is strategic - all sights are within walking distance. The cleanliness in the hotel is at a very high level. Carmelo and his colleagues were always smiling and available for all our questions and whims. They recommended us great restaurants, organized transportation to the airport. Thank you for the warm welcome and we recommend the hotel 100%.

Wonderful and charming property with a great location in the heart of Catania. Our host Carmelo was very informative and was there waiting for us at check-in :) the room was very charming and had most of what we needed to cook meals. We didn't have breakfast but it sounded very nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The Amenano B&B & Apartments is in an ideal location to visit the city. Not only clean but also comfortable mini-apartments. Mr. Carmelo is very hospitable and generous with advice on how to best experience the city. So much kindness.

It is not such a good solution that the key is in one and if someone stays in the room there is no electricity in the room if the other person takes the key.

Good structure in the center of Catania, Carmelo very kind in everything, the cleaning lady likewise, the room is spacious while the bathroom is quite small (especially the shower), in any case the structure is absolutely recommended.

For those who wish to stay in Catania, I highly recommend staying in these charming rooms. Elegant architecture and furnishings respectful of their historical past, with services and cleanliness above all expectations. In the heart of the city... squares, churches, markets, archaeology, and culture: a full immersion in a city you will not forget. Very kind and precise manager. Excellent facility. Being in the center, it is recommended to park outside the historic center.

Beautiful room with loft in the heart of Catania. Very friendly owner, impeccable cleanliness, quiet at night. Delightful breakfast at the affiliated Café nearby. Recommended!

Great place to stay right in city centre. Carmelo was an excellent host and most helpful, enjoyed the café breakfast experience, although choice was limited. Would recommend to friends.

The Amenano is in a beautiful heritage building right in the historic center of Catania. Communication with Carmello (host) was excellent. He was very helpful in accommodating a very late check-in. I only wish we had had more time in the area to enjoy the space. I can highly recommend this B&B!

Great location, easily accessible from the municipal parking lot and in the heart of the historic center. Excellent breakfast at Prestipino. Room well soundproofed from the outside, a bit less from the other internal rooms. Carmelo was very welcoming and kind. Recommended.

Comfortable. A stone's throw from Piazza Duomo. Very well structured, spacious rooms. Bathroom to be modernized. Ms. Ada very kind, helpful, friendly. The only flaw was the breakfast. I don't know if it was because of the presence of the Feast of St. Agata, but the bar service was not managed very well. To be revised. In general, highly recommended place!

The rooms are quite spacious and airy. This property is located on the second floor, there is no lift. The manager is unable to give you a hand with the luggage as he has a back problem. Book it only if you're travelling light and happy to climb the 2 flight of stairs. Breakfast consists of juice, coffee and croissant.

I can only give compliments: the property is in a strategic position, very close to all the most important points of interest in the city; well maintained following an interesting renovation; furnished and complete with everything necessary (with double fixtures that guarantee excellent soundproofing with the outside, heat pump, hairdryer...); managed impeccably by Carmelo, available beyond what one might expect. Bathroom larger than standard, daily cleaning done by an equally friendly person. We didn't have breakfast included in the price, but we still had it in the same place where the manager directs his guests who have breakfast included: excellent.

The Amenano B&B & Apartments was a great find! Right in the center of Catania, behind the university just a few steps from via Etnea. Very large room in a historic building with all the comforts and well insulated from the noise of the nearby establishments. Carmelo, the owner, very attentive to your needs and very helpful with various suggestions (even helping you with your luggage, as the Amenano B&B & Apartments is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator). Great choice for a stop to discover Catania. All 10, just an 8 for breakfast, as it is provided by the bar, due to Covid restrictions.

Un angolo meraviglioso per una città meravigliosa, Carmelo perfetto padrone di casa. Consiglieremo a tutti.

Il B&B si trova in posizione comodissima per visitare la città. Carmelo ci ha dato alcuni consigli preziosi che ci hanno permesso di organizzarci comodamente per visitare la città cogliendo anche aspetti tipici del posto. Catania è una città molto interessante c è molto da scoprire, soprattutto se aiutati da una valida guida, come è stata la nostra. Soggiorno indimenticabile per tutto, partendo dalla location che ha un suo fascino. Struttura e città che suggerisco di visitare.

Nel "centro del centro" di Catania, come ama dire il gentilissimo e sempre disponibile proprietario Carmelo, la nostra camera era ampia, luminosa e con tutti i comfort moderni, inoltre aveva due balconcini che si affacciano su vicoli storici e pieni di vita. Colazione in una delle piazze più belle della città, presso una pasticceria storica.. Consigliatissimo.

Con mia moglie siamo stati per 4 gg a Catania..abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prenotare dal Sig Carmelo, ottimo padrone di casa, gentilissimo, cordiale e discreto. Il B&B si trova nel centro antico di Catania a 2 passi dal Duomo, dalla fontana dell'Amenano, e dal palazzo dell' università. Con pochi passi si "vive" Catania..e che vita. Camere pulitissime e posizione strategica. Una città da vivere e scoprire..soprattutto a piedi per le sue vie..anche quelle più interne e meno frequentate, alla ricerca di scorci, sapori e costumi tipicamente siciliani. La colazione non viene servita presso la struttura, ma si assapora in uno dei bar più storici e prestigiosi di Catania..Il Bar Prestipino, uno dei modi migliori per iniziare bene la giornata. B&b Amenano una garanzia, se dovesse capitare di tornare a Catania, credo che torneremo ancora dal Sig. Carmelo..

Struttura ottima per posizione, pulizia, accoglienza. La nostra camera (una suite) molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Il proprietario Carmelo molto disponibile e gentile.

Nel cuore di Catania, nell'elegante (e sicuramente ancor più bello dopo il restauro) palazzo Roccaforte, dietro il palazzo dell'Università, questo B&B ha dato a me e famiglia una bellissima accoglienza! L'architetto Carmelo ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro breve e intenso soggiorno! Grazie..
