In general, I would say I would go back. Especially the manager knows how to make guests feel good.

Very charming host, gives advice, tour tips. You feel at home.

Fantastic stay for 2 nights! Loved the location on a beautiful canal near some great quieter streets and authentic restaurants. Mattia is wonderful and made us feel valued and welcome, giving a great itinerary for our days. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but overall we were very happy with our stay! Lovely communal area and garden - very charming.

It seemed that nothing was missing. The service was friendly and there was a lot of attention to detail. The abundant breakfast served in the garden, you could make tea/coffee by yourself, the owner was very helpful (he even let me leave my suitcase in the property after check-out so I could explore before catching the train). The room was small but clean and comfortable with air conditioning. I loved it so much.

The garden is an oasis of peace while the manager gave us very useful advice on lesser-known corners of Venice, less crowded by tourists.

Lovely hosts and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, loved the variety and sitting in the beautiful garden/courtyard. Nice neighbourhood and fairly easy to walk to the main sites. The list of restaurants given to us was so helpful and we had some amazing food because of it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Couldn't ask for more, convenient location, easily accessible for Venice, good local restaurants, quiet, with owner who is helpful and cares about guests and property.

After 3 days spent here I can say that as a quality/price ratio it's the best area in Venice. With the owner Mattia you immediately reach a familiar understanding. If we were to come back here we wouldn't have doubts about the structure to choose.

Kind and well-organized, both the owner and his host who takes care of breakfasts. Room with beautiful view and extremely well-kept and clean. Fantastic location for every move.

We had stayed at 3749 Ponte Chiodo for two nights. Mattia was a very nice and helpful host, he taught us how to get around in Venice and he recommended us great traditional places for lunch and dinner. His B&B was clean, tidy and the breakfast was good.

Correct room with no external noise but internal disturbance, being an old house with no soundproofing.\n\nNo daytime reception, the owner arrives in the morning, code to enter the courtyard with a box for the room keys.\n\nVery simple breakfast. The restaurant addresses provided are not always appropriate, to be checked.

Mattia is a very charming host and full of good advice, he likes to spend time with his guests in the morning and speaks French well, the garden and terrace are very pleasant especially for breakfast.

Da Matteo ottima accoglienza e soprattutto ottimi consigli su come trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Ci sono state infatti fornite utili informazioni su itinerari da seguire per visita della città, orari in cui visitare i siti, suggerimenti su alcuni luoghi o palazzi interessanti e poco promossi nelle guide turistiche ed anche utili consigli su dove mangiare. Grazie Matteo per il tuo aiuto, spero di ricambiare quando verrai a Palermo. Francesco.

Zona comodissima, B&B perfetto. Curato esteticamente e pulitissimo. Il proprietaro, veneziano doc è molto cortese e disponibile e dispensa ottimi consigli sulla città. Torneremo sicuramente.
