Located in the heart of the famous Silver Coast, the stretch of coastline of the beautiful southern Maremma, this enchanting place offers rocky beaches, picturesque villages, and a myriad of natural wonders.

The name Sea and Garden derives from the fact that our rooms have been decorated with a garden and sea theme, creating a unique atmosphere. The property is located on the Aurelia highway, away from city traffic, allowing easy access to all the beaches in the area.

Our rooms are bright and furnished in a modern style with parquet flooring. They were completely renovated in June 2018 and equipped with soundproof windows. The Sea room is decorated with a maritime theme, while the Garden room recalls the colors of the picturesque green meadows of Tuscany. Both rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests, adults or children, thanks to the bunk beds.

We offer free private parking, without the need for reservation, for all our guests.

In the common corridor, you will find a coffee machine, a kettle, and a cappuccino machine. In the room, we will offer you tea, barley, and coffee capsules, accompanied by a basket containing biscuits, jam, packaged sweets, and fruit juices for breakfast.
