Delightful and bright studio apartment, with a large garden and a private garage (the availability of which must be requested in advance). It is located in a small and quiet condominium. The apartment is fully furnished in a modern way, equipped with air conditioning, independent heating and equipped with a combined microwave oven (with dedicated crockery), a fridge, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle and an iron. Unlimited and free WI-FI connection is available. It is composed of a large open space, a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress and an additional single bed, an open wardrobe and a bathroom with a spacious chromotherapy shower.

Blankets, double and single sheets, towel sets and body care products will be provided, as well as shower essentials and a hairdryer.

The apartment is located near the Verona Fair, reachable in 6 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take bus 21-22, whose stop is only 18 steps from the entrance gate of the building where the apartment is located. Buses run punctually every 10 minutes and reach the fair in 12 minutes, the train station in 17 minutes and Piazza Bra in 22 minutes. (Tickets can be purchased directly on buses via the app). It is also very close to the Borgo Roma Hospital. A few meters away you will find a beauty salon, a large supermarket, a café/delicatessen, a take-away pizzeria, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a pastry shop, an ice cream shop and numerous bars and places for aperitifs.
