The villa is located in a unique position in the beautiful countryside of Maremma and is surrounded by a vast garden and a beautiful olive grove. It offers comfortable double and twin rooms, each with a private bathroom that has been recently renovated to meet the needs of the guests.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, but to preserve the tranquility of the place, there is no TV. A minibar is available in the superior rooms and in the shared area for comfort rooms.

The bathrooms have crystal shower enclosures, hairdryers, toiletries, and a set of towels for each guest. The furnishings are unique and original, designed by local artisans using high-quality materials such as solid wood and antique linen.

Fast internet Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms and in the common area. Some rooms have an exclusive outdoor space, while all guests can access the garden and olive grove with sun loungers, gazebos, and covered areas. In addition, guests can use the large barbecue for unforgettable grilling experiences.

Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms is provided, while linen is changed every three days. Free parking is available in the courtyard adjacent to the villa, although it is not covered.
