The family-run guesthouse is managed by Agostino and his daughter Alessandra, who will offer you availability and courtesy to guarantee the type of vacation you are looking for, whether it be relaxation or fun. The recently built property offers 4 rooms, 2 apartments, and a small attic with a kitchenette, all furnished with care and modern style.

The rooms, both double and triple, are all located on the first floor, two of which have a large and bright covered terrace with sun loungers, tables, and chairs, ideal for a pleasant breakfast. All the rooms, spacious and with functional furnishings, are equipped with private facilities, color TV with teletext, WiFi, refrigerator, air conditioning fan, safety deposit box, and parking. We do not provide breakfast, but there is a coffee pod machine and a semi-basement kitchenette equipped with dishes for preparing breakfast and light lunches; in addition, two bicycles are available. The villa also has a lovely private garden with umbrellas, tables, and chairs for enjoying quick meals or relaxing.

The apartments, spacious one-bedroom apartments on the raised ground floor, consist of a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a double or triple bedroom, and a bathroom. They are all equipped with hot-cold air conditioning, color TV, safe, mosquito nets with washing machine use, and have independent entrance, private garden, gazebo, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining, one bicycle for each apartment, private parking, and WiFi connection.
