The B&B Le Grazie is located in a typical Parmesan land-roof house in a central position, between the Mezzo bridge and the Ducal Park, a 10-minute walk from the railway station and the Maggiore hospital.

Nearby it is possible to visit the birthplace of Arturo Toscanini and on foot you can reach the historic center passing by the Ducal Park, the Pilotta and the Teatro Regio.

The B&B consists of three large bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people with private bathroom with shower, with windows overlooking the internal courtyard. Breakfast will be served in the room upon request, and guests also have an independent entrance separate from the rest of the house.

In the structure there is also a studio apartment with the possibility of 5 beds with use of the kitchen, bathroom with shower on request.

The accommodations are the result of a thorough and accurate renovation, completed in March 2013, carried out according to anti-seismic regulations, equipped with standard systems, underfloor heating and air conditioning.
