The B&B Le Falesie of Sistiana is a low energy eco-house which creates enormous advantages for the comfort of its inhabitants.

The house is surrounded by a great garden, with an internal parking area and independent entrance for the guests.

We have two large rooms, well lit, with double beds (14 sm). The rooms are tastefully furnished with valuable pieces and facing east, with direct access to the outside.

The windowed bathroom is shared, equipped with shower and hairdryer; however, upon request and if available, the bathroom can be exclusive of one room. The breakfast room is comfortable, with direct access to the outside, in case you wish to enjoy a pleasant breakfast outdoors in the fresh & nice summer mornings.

The whole house is strictly NON SMOKING; NO KITCHEN SERVICE available; NO CAMPING GAS and NO PETS allowed.

HOW TO REACH US:
- by car: Take the A4 Motorway Venice-Triest (last toll point: Lisert). Go along the highway to Trieste (exit: Sistiana). We are at 200 mt on the right.

- by plane: The “Friuli Venezia Giulia” Airport, located in Ronchi dei Legionari, is the closest Airport (distance 22 km). Get off at Sistiana Center. It's a five minutes walk.

- by train: The closest railway station is Trieste and nearby you will find the bus station. Take bus nr. 51 to Sistiana Centro. Alternatively: some regional trains stop at the railway station Sistiana-Visogliano (about 10/15 minutes' walking distance from our B&B).
