Via Stretta Clauiano, 1 - Clauiano, TRIVIGNANO UDINESE (UD)
"Casa Barnaba-Manin" bed and breakfast is an ancient manor house dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. Historically owned by the noble Barnaba and Manin families, over the past years the house has undergone a significative refurbishment by the current owners, with great attention to detail and original features, according to the local traditional architecture. The B&B has been awarded the Friuli Venezia Giulia quality mark and guarantees a high standard of accommodation in a tradition-friendly context.

The main stone building is an example of the regional rural architecture: through the archway that faces the street, the visitor enters separately the lodging, the “foledor” (wine barrel stocking cellar) and the courtyard.

The bedrooms maintain their original dimension and charm, and are furnished with style furniture, while the common areas host a collection of antique tools.

Enjoy your breakfast in the charming area by the “fogolar friulano” (fireplace) or by the "spoler" (a kind of wood stove with hood, traditionally used for both cooking and heating) during the winter or in the lovely yard overlooking the fields in the summertime.

During your stay at "Casa Barnaba-Manin" you will have the chance to discover history, tradition and folklore of this small but well preserved Friulian ancient village.
