The property has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool bath. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, pots, and dishes is at your disposal. Each room has a private balcony and there is the possibility of parking outside or in garages.

Lavika's Heart is also very close to the Acireale highway exit, which will allow you to easily move around to visit places like Taormina, Castelmola, Giardini Naxos, Catania, Syracuse, and Caltagirone. You won't need to take the highway to visit Zafferana, Mount Etna, our charming seaside villages, and the sea stacks of Acitrezza, the beauty of Acicastello, and the Baroque of Acireale with its churches. Furthermore, during certain periods of the year, you can enjoy the most beautiful carnival in Sicily, with the parade of papier-mâché floats and the flower festival.

Our sea is characterized by a wonderful cliff and an imposing cliff overlooking the sea of Timpa. However, not far away, you will also find pebble beaches and the sandy beach of Catania, equipped with numerous facilities.
